We are Edm Estates, an innovative, renovation business specialising in purchasing UK properties to upgrade and revitalise them for the modern buyer's appeal. We are also letting agents and manage rental properties totally hands-free on behalf of our customers.
Edm was originally founded by Ettore, a Civil Engineer, inspired to take on unique, renovation projects. Based in Kent, we take care of your investment properties and help investors providing bespoke plans for houses to be refurbished.
